Scientists are creating a system of drones that could serve as satellites from the stratosphere. There are many times that people lose signals in rural areas or even in certain parts of cities. These drones could provide signals for an entire country.

The drones are antenna-equipped and powered by hydrogen to deliver high-speed connectivity to broad regions of the country. Using about 60 of these drones would be enough to provide 5g service to the entire UK. Users would also get download speeds of almost 100Mbps, making a typical four-gigabyte movie downloadable in under six minutes.

"This is a very high-density energy source, which enables us to produce a huge amount of power for long periods of time," explains Richard Deakin, former chief executive of NATS.

Drones bringing constant reception to various parts of the world can give everyone the right to communicate freely, access the internet, and receive an education.
